About the collective: Sisu is a community providing a platform to educate, inspire and showcase aspiring women and non-binary DJs and producers. Our vision is to create educational and inspirational spaces to enhance national and international opportunities, connections and pathways into the music industry.

We are community led, grassroots and hold a flexible, collaborative and inclusive ethos including a rolling DJ roster which nurtures, and develops women and non-binary people in their DJ career.

We advocate and focus on women and non-binary people but are not exclusive to participants that do not fit these titles as we feel that creating spaces, led by and harnessing talented women and non-binary people, will naturally create widespread equilibrium instead of an isolated microcosm.
