For their 4th release LDI Records present the debut solo EP from Texan electro producer Terrestrial Access Network – Distant Lands.
The release is drawn from the artist’s shifting and hectic nomadic existence around the rattling expanse of the United States presenting 5 original cerebral electro tracks, backed up with a spooked out remix from Delsin Records’ Versalife aka Conforce.
Based in Austin, Texas, a city famous for its hyper-vibrant creative musical scene, Terrestrial Access Network feeds from the energy of this environment just as much as the desert that surrounds it. His day to day life involves travelling for near constant work projects – spending days and weeks away from home in what is a hectic lifestyle. In the feelings he channels when writing Distant Lands – he is pulled back towards the energy of the serene and calm landscape while on the road dealing with an unsettled nature of life and his profession.
Terrestrial Access Network began releasing music as recently as 2019 with tracks picked up for compilations on Swiss label Dionysian Mysteries. With a sound that is expert at creating powerfully immersive heads down moments for the dancefloor TAN has driven this EP with an ever present and intoxicating mechanical funk.
‘Distant Lands’ is out in a few months time via LDI Records.
