London-based rapper Josif reveals long awaited EP ‘Free to be Josif’

Fast-emerging London-based rapper and producer Josif unleashes his highly anticipated EP entitled ‘Free to be Josif’.

Following a slew of high-quality singles over the past two years, the youngstar returns to the sounds-here with a seven-track project alongside a set of captivating visuals for lead single “Let Me Breath”.

The new EP focuses a multitude of themes surrounding freedom, expression and identity, something reflected in the varying sonic landscape of each track.

After dropping his singles “Regular Day” and “Sweet Boy” in October and November respectively, Josif has built up a buzz around his newest project. The music video that accompanies the EP release was realised by Varylab, who interpreted the song’s meaning – encapsulating the different atmospheres according to expression and interaction, resulting in a full on collaboration with a storytelling.

After receiving attention from COLORS Berlin, Spotify Free Form, Apple INDIY, Visual Atelier 8, The Basement, DJ Jamz Supernova, Foundation FM and more on his recent releases, Josif yet again ready showcases his innate ability to craft powerful soundtracks. Full EP can be found here.
