Listen to a playlist of afterparty and sunrise tracks curated by Off The Meds

Dubbed as one of the worlds most exciting techno boy bands, Stockholm-based group Off The Meds have slowly but surely been making a strong name for themselves. It all started when South African-native Kamohelo Khoaripe moved to Sweden in 2013, meeting Adrian Lux, Carli Löf and Måns Glaeser — three local DJ veterans of the local Swedish dance music scene. The rest they say, is history.

Unleashing their debut single “Geraas” in 2017, the group whipped up a storm across Europe, Australia, America and South Africa – resulting in their first EP a year later entitled The Meds Are Kicking In, but It wasn’t until their merciless 2019 single “Belter” that they received wider international acclaim helped by a chugging Joy Orbison ‘Belly’ remix. Following this came their debut full-length ‘Self Titled’ project on the esteemed label Studio Barnhaus, home to some of the most exciting artists including Axel Boman, Matt Karmil and Laurence Guy. Dubbed by many as one of the most refreshing electronic projects to date, the LP scooped up a Swedish ‘Grammis’ and cemented Off The Meds within the wider electronic music scene. Renowned for their captivating live performances constantly evolving sounds Off The Meds are here to stay and have some very exciting projects to come.

Member Kamohelo Khoaripe curates a playlist containing a selection of afterparty, morning drive and sunrise music he listens to on daily walks. Tune in below to hear the likes of DJ Clea, HNNY, Sandy B and Chayell.

“This playlist consists of songs from every afterparty, morning drive home and sunrise with mates in the mornings on top of a cliff. It’s mostly songs I’ve saved from those events and since then I’ve been jamming to them before a studio session and when going on walks. It contains tracks from the 1970’s to now, so you get a mixture of different times & vibes.“
