Joy Orbison releases new single ‘pinky ring’

Peter O’Grady, aka Joy Orbison, delivers one of his most dancefloor-focused tracks in recent times.

While his acclaimed 2021 mixtape still slipping vol. 1 (named Album of the Year at the 2021 DJ Mag Awards) brilliantly explored his wide-ranging sounds and influences away from the dancefloor, Joy Orbison’s most recent single “pinky ring” is inspired by the energy he’s felt since returning to DJ’ing.

It’s a track created with the dancefloor firmly in mind, whether that’s his own free London’ Just For You’ parties, his forthcoming ‘still slipping’ event with Cav Empt on April 3rd at Ministry Of Sound (featuring a personally curated line-up that includes James Massiah, Rosa Pistola, Geeneus w/Tippa, Felix Hall, Lady Passion, Tia Cousins and more) or club and festival events across the globe.
