Freddie Gibbs unleashes new single “Too Much,” featuring Moneybagg Yo. The song precedes his highly-anticipated album $oul $old $eparately.
“Too Much” will be the lead track for the album, with not much information being shared on the new album.
$oul $old $eparately, the title of Gibbs’ new album, refers to his refusal to compromise his morals or integrity under the pressures of the industry. By the look of the video, he’s got more than enough cash to make such a statement.
$oul $old $eparately marks Freddie’s first major label album debut. Gibbs joined Warner Records shortly after releasing his collaborative album with Alchemist, Alfredo, which landed a 2021 GRAMMY® nomination for Best Rap Album.
Gibbs also shows tremendous promise as an actor, starring in Diego Ongaro’s award-winning feature film Down with the King, and appearing on TV shows like 50 Cent’s Power Book IV: Force and Peacock’s Bust Down.
