Two of the hottest artists in the UK right now Overmono and Joy Orbison team up for brand new single “Blind Date” via XL Recordings — celebrating the start of Overomono’s headline UK/EU and US tour.
Overmono and Joy Orbison’s debut collaboration “Bromley” was released in 2019 and is one of the most celebrated dance tracks in recent times. “Blind Date” see the two artists come together for their second joint release, showcasing the next evolution in their sound.
Built around a hypnotic ABRA vocal hook, it’s set to be one of the year’s undisputed anthems, with both artists previewing it to rapturous responses at festival appearances this year, at the likes of Glastonbury, Movement Festival, All Points East, We Out Here Festival, and Dekmantel.
To celebrate the release, Overmono performed “Blind Date” live at their sold out London KOKO headline show last night. The live performance kicked-off an extensive headline tour for Overmono that will see them perform across the UK, Europe and North America.
