Rapid-rising rapper Archy Moor releases new single ‘I’ve Been’ ahead of his highly anticipated EP

One of Dublin’s hottest properties Archy Moor unleashes his captivating new track and visuals to “I’ve Been” ahead of his project release later this February.

Archy teams up with close friend, producer and collaborator Earl Saga (Loyle Carner, Slowthai, Finn Askew) for “I’ve Been”, delivering raw, anecdotal tales, that immediately define Archy’s talent through his low tone and seemingly ambivalent cadence enable the lyricist to lure the listener in. Paired with a captivating set of visuals self-shot during his recent travels to South Korea, “I’ve Been” proves to be another fitting introduction that looks to launch Archy into significant UK hip-hop conversations.

Speaking on the new single, Archy explains: “This song was literally made so out of blue. The night before myself and Earl left to Korea he cooked up the instrumental, I wrote the lyrics on the plane there and then we recorded the vocals in the hostel we were staying at and mixed it the same day. For the visuals, we rocked up to Sony Korea, dropped a bag on a camera and recorded and edited it ourselves haha – I love shit like that because why not?”

Archy’s music has already garnered significant tastemaker support underlining the youngster as one of the most exciting homegrown talents coming through. Surrounded by an all-star team of producers including Earl Saga (Loyle Carner, Slowthai, Finn Askew), Grammy Nominated LA-native MIKEWAVVS (Jack Harlow, Kehlani, KayCyy), Nick Mills (Baby Keem, Kendrick Lamar) and Benjamin ‘Benji’ Miller (Rejjie Snow, Cosmo Pyke), Archy consistently provides himself with the perfect soundtrack to convey his unfiltered, inner most thoughts.
