Danish luxury brand GANNI and Icelandic heritage brand 66°NORTH have teamed up for a fourth time, presenting a collection that prepares us for the cold winter months.
Renowned for their Northern European respect for the cold, GANNI and 66°NORTH deliver an all weather collection, touching on practical yet playful styles for rain, wind, sleet and snow.
Referencing the silhouettes and styles from GANNI’s archives, the waterproofs are created from Gore-tex fabric, meaning they are lightweight and breathable with wind-stopping qualities. The SS19 Kria Jacket blends the technical construction of early 66°NORTH’s performance garments pre-2000 with the colour palette of GANNI’s iconic Chelsea boot. This bold, colour blocking is evident throughout the collection, on skirts, long jackets, cargo pants and zip-up vests.
Striving for a greener future, the collection’s fleece base layers are created out of 95% recycled polyester, and their use of solution dyes on the designs is both Bluesign and Oeko-Tex certified.
