Japanese brand BEAMS taps outdoor brand Arc’Teryx for a new collaboration following recent work alongside the likes of Champion and Ralph Lauren.
Marking the third instalment of the Arc’teryx x BEAMS project, a bespoke design initiative with a taste for technical aesthetics, the new offering comprised of a range of apparel and accessories is fit for outdoor weather and includes the Beta Jacket, Atom Hoody, Mantis 26L Backpack and Mantis 2 Wasitpack.
Inspired by the the essence of ‘Wabi-Sabi’ (the spiritual Japanese sentiment of evaluating things), the collection is lifted by top of the range fabrications such as N30p 3L GORE-TEX, Coreloft Compact, Yono 20 and more, adding weather-protection, water-resistant, breathable and lightweight qualities throughout.
The new collaboration is set to drop on December 2nd at BEAMS Harajuku and BEAMS BOY Harajuku. Lottery reservations for same-day entry are open online until November 19th.
