UK-based brand Story mfg. launch its very first unisex (Eau De Perfume) fragrance.
For the last decade Story mfg. has created a fashion practice around craft, eco-consciousness and researching ancient technology — making items by bringing together elements such as natural fermented dyes, hand weaving, hand knitting and homegrown fibres.
Now, the brand applies the same framework to its first fragrances, working with slow, natural craft practices that extract rare scents. The result are two uniques studies packaged in a conscientious was. The stopper, resembling a stone, is handcrafted from cotton paper and other deadstock material, with cork replacing the usual plastic components. A standout ingredient in both is Mitti Attar, a luxury scent distilled from discarded tea vessels, offering what many describe as ‘the smell of the earth after rain’.
