Dekmantel Festival unveils huge 10-day programme to celebrate 10th anniversary

Today, Amsterdam’s esteemed Dekmantel Festival announces its tenth edition featuring more than 200 artists across two full weekends and ten total days of programming.

Set to run from July 26th to August 4th, the festival invites over 150 artists to play at multiple locations around the Dutch capital, including Het HEM, Oude Kerk, Muziekgebouw and Amsterdamse Bos. A celebration of electronic music’s past, present and future, Dekmantel Ten pays tribute to both the genre’s essential icons and the groundbreaking figures boldly leading the culture toward what comes next.

Dekmantel Ten will kickstart at Het HEM, a former ammunition factory based in Zaandam (north Amsterdam), hosting the likes of Bicep, Luke Slater, Aurora Halal, Avalon Emerson and DJ Python, performing across three nights. Throughout the week there will be many more performances across the city at various venues from the likes of bar italia, Huerco S., Oklou, Kali Malone, Bendik Giske and more.

The three-day weekend programme at the Amsterdam Bos boasts a special line up including the likes of DJ Sprinkles, Ash Lauryn, BADSISTA, CARISTA, DJ Marcelle, Mary Lake, Darwin & DJ Storm, Regal86, Steffi, RP Boo & SHERELLE, Veronica Vasicka, Suze Ijó, Elena Colombi and Ben UFO & Joy Orbison. The likes of Mala, L.B. Dub Corp, Animistic Beliefs, Masalo, Karenn, Cakes Da Killa, Detroit In Effect, Lorenzo Senni, Peter Hook & The Light, Nadia Struiwigh, Octo Octa and Surgeon will perform live.

Pre-registration tickets for Het HEM, Oude Kerk, the Aan Het IJ Wednesday program as well as pre- registration weekend tickets (3-day or 4-day passes) and 10-day passes will be available on January 25th at 11:00 CET. Regular ticket sales (subject to availability) start on January 26th at 11:00 CET.
