Kiko Kostadinov, Heaven by Marc Jacobs and ASICS SportStyle have come together to debut a textural range of ready-to-wear footwear, alongside other items.
The new joint venture boasts new screen-printed graphics, denim washes and statement knitwear. Graphic works from Australian artist Spencer Lai and London-based illustrator Alice Bloomfield decorate hoodies, longsleeves and skirts made from repurposed materials, while cameo necklaces assemble all sort of glass beads to form the line’s hero accessory.
ASICS gets the nod for the footwear, serving up the synergetic GEL-LOKROSTM silhouette, which takes from both the classic Mary Jane design and the GEL-KIRILTM’s signature tooling. The new shoe has a quilted upper and an elastic fastening system made with straps, as well as a FLYTEFOAM™ PROPEL cushioning floral tread. The silhouette will be available to purchase in three different colourways: ‘Vapor/Cosmos’, ‘Graphite Grey/Gunmetal’ and ‘Faded Denim/Pale Aqua’.
The new collaboration will launch on February 22nd, 2024.
