Brixton-native Danny Sanchez delivers poignant debut album ‘It Is What It Is Til It Isn’t’

London’s multi-hyphenate Danny Sanchez has shared his debut album It Is What It Is Til It Isn’t.

Continuing his unique blend of sonic innovation and thoughtful, original bars and lyricism that has made the Brixton-raised rapper, singer-songwriter one of the most eye-catching-new names of the past few years, Danny Sanchez has delivered his most impressive release yet, a ten-track, genre-bending debut album.

From the softer notes of lead single “Flash” to the lyrical ability on “Blessings” — which sees the Londoner pay homage to his Spanish-Paraguayan roots, switching between English and Spanish — the album continues to showcase a rare, subtle talent that underlines Danny Sanchez as a significant new artist in the landscape.

Danny recently featured on The Silhouettes Project’s recently acclaimed full-length with single “No Fumar”, preforming live for their release party at The Standard in collaboration with Champion.
