Story mfg. is set to return with its yearly sample sale next weekend at Brick Lane’s Truman Brewery.
The Brighton-based brand will be returning to the capital from 25th October to 27th October for an in person sample sale which will include rare bits, unreleased stock and some second hand pieces. Tickets will be £3 on the door.
Taking to IG, Story mfg. stated: “Our sample sales are really special times for us actually, and part of an ecosystem that means we never destroy clothing that isn’t “perfect” or “out of season”. That said, I’m not entirely sure we’ll do one next year so if you want to come by I recommend you come this year!”
Story mfg. is a British men and women’s brand with a focus on sustainability through natural dyeing, hand made processes and alternative fibres. Products are made entirely of natural materials and natural fibres and fabrics are dyed using earth minerals, leaves, bark, roots, heartwood, fruits, flowers, bacteria and sunlight. The dyehouse and sewing facilities are almost entirely powered by renewable energy, and the packaging and trims are made from recycled, biodegradable materials.
