New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio Serve Up The ‘New Balance Niobium Concept 3’

New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio have unveiled a brand new new boot, the ‘New Balance Niobium Concept 3’.

Following last years collaboration with Snow Peak for the TDS Niobium Concept 3, New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio, responsible for other subversive New Balance releases such as the New Balance 574 Derby, have served up a a new rugged snow boot.

Featuring a sole with a wide landing area, arch support from New Balance’s Rollbar technology and a Vibram outsole for stability and grip, the new boot also boasts a two-part construction, including waterproof and breathable eVent material for the shell, and insulated water-resistant PRIMALOFT for the inner. The inner boot can also be removed and used as a room shoe, making it easy to stay warm and dry both outside and inside the tent.

Moving away from the initial white colourway released with Snow Peak, this time round New Balance have gone with a stealthy triple black and earthy tones.
