Boundary-pushing disrupter BBY GOYARD has delivered his scintillating new album TASTEMAKER.
The youngstar has resurfaced with a new unfiltered sound that immerses listeners in a thematic journey of sin, desire and transformation. The new album offers an immersive journey inspired by Dante’s “Inferno” and channels the raw experience from his 2024 tour with death metal band Portrayal of Guilt, blending the intensity of early 2000s punk and grunge with modern innovation. The LP as a whole embraces alternative, punk, and grunge, with a visceral, action-packed vibe that speaks to those seeking something rebellious, transformative, and thought-provoking.
Speaking on the project, BBY GOYARD stated: “I wanted to make something that was inspired by my youth and love of the rock and roll genre, with my own spin on it… trying to branch out from what people expect from me. I’ve never been the one to stay boxed into a certain sound.”
The album release also came alongside an official music video for lead-single “SPOKANE FT. DOVE ARMITAGE”.
