Burberry has returned with its first major release of the year—the High Summer capsule collection.
Under Daniel Lee’s creative direction, the collection embraces a relaxed, aquatic theme, featuring the brand’s iconic check print across a range of beach-ready pieces including board shorts, bikinis, bucket hats, and overshirts. The standout piece is a button-up shirt and trousers set adorned with the new TB logo applique.
To celebrate the launch, Burberry has kicked off an exclusive campaign shot on 35mm film, featuring models Alva Claire and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, along with British tennis star Jack Draper. Captured in a series of beachside locations, the campaign channels the essence of British holiday nostalgia, with Lee describing it as “a Burberry celluloid postcard” that reflects the brand’s heritage and timeless elegance. As part of the launch, Burberry is also planning a series of hotel takeovers and surprise events.
Daniel Lee stated: “We wanted to capture the joy of the British at play. A kind of kick-start to the summer. Burberry is a brand for all the seasons, don’t forget.”
