OTW Vans x Engineered Garments Return With New Pairs of Authentic Slip-Ons

OTW by Vans and Engineered Garments reunite for their latest collaboration, reimagining the Slip-On 98 through an asymmetrical lens.

Daiki Suzuki’s New York label has worked with Vans for over a decade, sporadically dropping premium takes on classic silhouettes that blur the line between formal and functional. This release continues that tradition, drawing inspiration from an archival Vans ad where two skaters swapped mismatched Authentics to extend their shoes’ life. The result is two new pairs of Slip-Ons—one in black/navy, the other in red/blue—each designed with swapped toebox and side panels to highlight both hues, finished with a white midsole and black foxing stripe.

On the release, Engineered Garments said in a press release: “We wanted to look back and focus on the past, not only within our partnership but to what we knew of Vans. Taking an impactful image and incorporating colourblocking, a signature of Engineered Garments, onto our favourite Slip-On.”
