Carhartt WIP has teamed up with British designer Nicholas Daley for a 13-piece Fall/Winter 2025 capsule collection that celebrates music, heritage, and community.
The collaboration pays homage to “Reggae Klub,” the influential club night founded by Daley’s parents, Maureen and Jeffrey Daley, which ran across Scotland through the 1970s and early 1980s. Merging Carhartt WIP’s utilitarian DNA with Daley’s signature craftsmanship and cultural storytelling, the collection reinterprets classic workwear pieces through references to both Jamaican and Scottish identity.
Standout items include a herringbone Harrington jacket with corduroy pockets, a mixed-fabric chore coat in navy corduroy and indigo denim, and tartan-accented record bags inspired by Daley’s family’s knitting circle. The colour palette draws from the blue and gold tones of the Jamaican and Scottish flags, while custom pins, striped tees and incense sticks made with Kuumba International extend the collection’s sensory and symbolic reach.
The campaign—shot by Bolade Banjo and styled by Stephen Mann—stars musicians Wu-Lu, Mia Koden and Pink Siifu at Peckham Liberal Club, underscoring the collaboration’s grounding in music and community culture.
