Nanamica has teamed up with Munich label A Kind of Guise for a limited capsule collection that highlights the two brands’ shared commitment to craftsmanship.
The collection is anchored by a joint label and a campaign built around a fictional Tokyo dog walker, a character meant to capture the blend of precision and relaxed utility that informs the range.
Key pieces include a GORE-TEX crew jacket, featuring a concealed purple hood and Nanamica’s Coolmax house-check lining, and a leather jacket inspired by a German military blouson, crafted from rhubarb-tanned cowhide. The apparel offering also includes a hand-printed paisley Derbin shirt made from heavyweight Spanish twill, a PrimaLoft-insulated indigo shirt and matching padded pants, each designed to age naturally with wear.
Rounding out the capsule are two bags: a compact polyester-wool shoulder bag suited for daily use, and a Boston-style travel bag with reinforced webbing and a sleeve for securing to luggage handles.
