Following their West African debut, DJ and curatorial duo Errol and Alex Rita have announced UK and European dates for the TB10: 10 Years of Touching Bass World Tour.
The year-long programme launched in Accra and Lagos, reflecting the pair’s musical roots, and will run across Europe between March and May. Highlights include an ongoing concert series at London’s Barbican Centre, where Theo Parrish and Dego will present a one-night-only live reinterpretation of their combined catalogues. Further dates across North America, Asia and Australia are set to be announced.
Speaking on the announcement, the pair explained: “Ten years of Touching Bass, and we’re still just as inspired, curious and committed as that first gathering in a Brixton Senegalese restaurant back-room. A decade shaped by many a lesson, sweaty dancing, late nights and manifestations. Shared with close friends, our core team (out to Daniel, Carli and Damarys), the spaces that held us and the incredible artists who’ve trusted us with their ideas. None of this exists without them. 2026 is one big house party to celebrate it all. TB10 to the wurl”.
Founded in 2015, Touching Bass has evolved from a London club night into a multifaceted platform spanning radio, live programming and a record label. The project has built a reputation for community-led curation and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Alongside their touring activity, Errol and Alex Rita have delivered commissions for institutions and cultural platforms including Frieze, Le Guess Who?, Royal Academy of Arts, White Cube, 180 Strand and Lisson Gallery.
