A$AP Rocky has unveiled his debut metal eyewear collection for Ray-Ban, marking one year since stepping into the role of the brand’s first Creative Director.
The new drop introduces Rocky’s first optical designs, alongside a range of metal sunglasses that reinterpret archival Ray-Ban silhouettes through a contemporary lens. Wire frames and rimless styles arrive in oval and narrow rectangular shapes, rendered in classic metallic finishes, while a futuristic wraparound model is set to release exclusively at select retail locations.
To launch the collection, Rocky appears alongside Nas in a campaign film set inside a late-night New York diner, drawing on ‘90s visual cues while placing the updated designs within a modern cultural context.
