Slawn has released a new album, Not An Artist, created in collaboration with Saatchi Yates.
The project brings together a wide range of artists from across the UK and international rap scenes, including Unknown T, Blackhaine, Obongjayar, AntsLive, Jammer, Cochise, Youngs Teflon, Tiny Boost, Kida Kudz, Yuno Miles, Kidwild and JELEEL!, among others.
Executive produced by Arthur Bean, renowned for his work on Central Cee’s debut album Can’t Rush Greatness, the record was developed through collaborative studio sessions held inside the Saatchi Yates gallery in London.
The sessions formed part of Slawn’s Studio, a month-long exhibition that ran from January to February, during which the gallery was transformed into a working studio where painting, music-making and live collaboration took place in real time.
A limited run of 1,000 vinyl copies of Not An Artist is now available to pre-order exclusively through the Saatchi Yates website.
