Jeshi returns with new single “girls and boys”

Jeshi continues his run of club-focused singles with new track “girls and boys”, a reflection on the strange intimacy of regional nightlife culture in 2026.

Rather than leaning on nostalgia, the UK rapper explores what remains of the modern club scene, its shifting energy, fleeting connections and chaotic charm. Built around the atmosphere of a club toilet queue, “girls and boys” captures the temporary closeness between strangers, where casual conversations quickly become confessional before disappearing by the end of the night.

The single follows recent releases “champagne” and “at the wheel,” all set to appear on Jeshi’s forthcoming mixtape headrush, a project centred on the evolving identity of regional club culture. The release also arrives after a busy year for Jeshi, following collaborations with Celeste, Leon Vynehall and Vegyn.
