Nippa announces forthcoming EP ‘Homegrown’ with new single “Kacey”

North London rapper Nippa has announced his new EP, Homegrown, out Friday 25th September, alongside new single “Kacey” featuring Jordan Ward.

“Kacey” continues Nippa’s run of transatlantic collaborations, exploring themes of longing and self-reflection, with Nippa describing the track as inspired by “a childhood love that knew me before the music”. It follows last month’s title track “Homegrown”, featuring Blxst, which was used as the soundtrack for Tottenham Hotspur’s 2026/27 kit launch, reflecting the Tottenham neighbourhood where Nippa grew up.

Speaking on the single, Nippa explained: “Kacey is inspired by a childhood love that knew me before the music. Now that I’m home, I’m trying to court her with my superficial assets – clout, music, – but it’s not going as planned.”

The upcoming EP explores a period of self-reflection for Nippa, examining the gap between a glamorous public life and a sense of home.
