Beyond The Streets is returning to Saatchi Gallery with a new exhibition on street culture, running from 11th November to 5th May 2027.
The show spans more than ten rooms and over 100 international creators, tracing six decades of street culture’s influence on art, fashion, music and activism through paintings, installations, archives and new commissions. Featured artists include Goldie, KAWS, the Guerrilla Girls, Shepard Fairey, Kenny Scharf, Jenny Holzer, FUTURA 2000, Lady Pink and Zephyr, alongside a short film from Pussy Riot founder Nadya Tolokonnikova and a room dedicated to activism featuring Neil Kenlock’s Black Panthers photography and the archive of the See Red Women’s Workshop.
The exhibition also includes a recreated New York subway carriage, a room dedicated to the 2Tone movement, an archive marking The Big Issue’s 35th anniversary, and material covering the history of graffiti, hip-hop and the aerosol spray can.
