Saucony has announced its Daikanyama capsule collection, inspired by Tokyo’s design-led Daikanyama neighbourhood.
The collection features the Kinvara 1, ProGrid Omni 9, ProGrid Guide 7, Endorphin Speed 5 and Endorphin Elite 3. Designed by former Tokyo resident Josh Fraser, it draws on the area’s brutalist architecture softened by ivy-covered concrete and weathered steel, with aged textures and muted tones giving it a refined, retro-tech feel. The Kinvara 1 comes in faded colours with updated graphics, while the Endorphin Speed 5 has a redesigned nylon plate and PWRRUN PB cushioning, and the Endorphin Elite 3 pairs IncrediRUN foam with a slotted carbon fibre plate for race day.
