Armor-Lux has unveiled its Autumn/Winter 2026 menswear collection, “The Fishermen”, taking inspiration from Brittany’s coastline and the people who have worked along it and at sea.
The collection is split into two chapters. Argol draws on the rugged coast around the Breton village, set between cliffs and the Iroise Sea, with cool tones reflecting the grey sky, deep blue ocean and muted shoreline. Clean silhouettes, substantial layers and hardwearing pieces echo the practical wardrobe of the Breton fisherman. At Sea looks to life aboard a trawler in the Atlantic, shifting to warmer browns, signal-light glows and darker stormy tones, with wool layers and enveloping silhouettes built for warmth and protection.
Founded in Quimper in 1938, Armor-Lux has a long history of producing clothing shaped by the region’s maritime heritage, with stripes, knitwear, outerwear and workwear-inspired pieces forming its signature. The collection keeps decoration to a minimum, focusing on functional clothing built with the environment in mind.
