Following the release of her debut solo album Beginnings earlier this year, Prudence presents “United Hearts Nebula” – a remix EP featuring Detaliji, Steffi, Banga and u.r.trax.
”United Hearts Nebula” is a poetic name that encapsulates Prudence’s love for electronic music as well as the power of collaboration between women.
Speaking about the EP, Olivia states, “While making my solo album “Beginnings”, I realised that I had never worked with women on production since I started making music 15 years ago. It felt important to find balance and encourage this process through remixes. From Finland (Detalji) to Germany (Steffi) to France (Banga and u.r.trax), these talented and inspiring artists share their own vision of my songs, all coming from different musical backgrounds, making this EP even more exciting as clubs and dancing are becoming part of our lives again.”
The album Beginnings takes cues variously from female synth pioneers – particularly Suzanne Ciani – the scores of Hans Zimmer and Kraftwerk’s legacy to create a multi-dimensional pop album.
‘United Hearts Nebula’ is releasing October 1st.
