West London artist Bawo returns with infectious new single “Same Team” tapping fellow hotshot Reek0.
Throughout the track, Bawo states the need for close friends through challenging times atop of spaced-out synths and catchy trap drums. The track, produced by Oscar #Worldpeace, is finished off with Reek0’s trademark cadence making for a n excellent single all round.
Speaking on the release, Bawo explains: “The song is about having the strength to ask for help despite maybe not feeling okay; people close to me maybe thinking that I’m moving different but I’m still me and still here so yeah, shout me, ‘cos we can’t do life alone.”
