Bella Boo announces brand new album DreamySpaceyBlue via Studio Barnhaus due 20th October.

Following the release of her acclaimed EP Looney Tunes earlier this year, Studio Barnhus affiliate Bella Boo today returns with the announcement of her sophomore studio album DreamySpaceyBlue – an expansive ten track record from one of Sweden’s most beloved and bittersweet dance music producers.

To celebrate the announcement, Bella shares double lead single Summertime / Can’t Stop – the former features vocals from nocturnal R&B artist Venus Anon and wistfully explores “the feeling of doubt before committing to a long night out and the voice in your head that tells you to live in the now” – contrastingly Can’t Stop is a groove-heavy club cut with beefy bass and soulful vocal samples.

DreamySpaceyBlue was written and produced in early 2023 when dark times demanded love, healing and forgiveness. Cozied-up, self-therapeutic winter-spring studio sessions resulted in Bella’s most virtuoso work yet – a collection of dazzling, emotive recordings full of bright notes, deep vibrations and that signature “Boo mood”. The album marks a distinctive step forward in Bella’s sound: an amalgamation of the etheric sounds on her 2019 debut album Once Upon A Passion and the ruff and rugged dance tracks on her recent Looney Talks EP.
