Koreless returns to the soundsphere with new single “Seven”

Lewis Roberts, aka Koreless, continues to push the boundaries of electronic music with the release of “Seven”, via Young.

Following his critically acclaimed debut album Agor, Koreless moved to the rural countryside in Wales from London and created “Seven” out of a post-album liberation. That energy is encapsulated in the effervescent track which has been a favourite for DJs like Daphni, Four Tet, Batu, Benji B, Courtesy, and HAAi, who featured an alternative version – “Seven (Drumhell)” – on her DJ Kicks compilation.

Although “Seven” marks Koreless’ first solo release in over two years, he has been actively involved in several acclaimed collaborations, producing an original score for Thomas Hardiman’s murder mystery film, MEDUSA DELUXE, and working closely with choreographer Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar on ‘Into The Hairy’.

Koreless has also maintained his enduring collaborative relationship with FKA twigs, with twigs referring to Koreless as the “guiding light” on her forthcoming album, which builds on past projects together including MAGDALENE, CAPRISONGS, and “unearth her” performed at Valentino L’École.
