Following a string of singles, Romford-native BERWYN has finally dropped off his debut full-length project titled WHO AM I via Columbia Records.
No doubt BERWYN’S most ambitious and complete work to date, WHO AM I proves to be a vivid and vulnerable journey through BERWYN’s search for meaning and freedom. In a 13-track exploration of himself and the many forces, memories and places that have shaped his life emerge beautifully crafted and cohesive reflections on faith, addiction and love. Bound together by a rich, layered and predominantly self-produced musical soundscape, WHO AM I is about the long road walked towards internal liberation and the power of finding resilience in the everyday.
Taking to IG, BERWYN stated: “I’m usually the first person to critique my own work but I really feel like I can say this album is outstanding. I gave it everything I had and more. I decided to use what I have inside me and ignore everything around me. It wasn’t easy but I’m so proud of what I managed to accomplish.”
