Stone Island “Denim Research” For FW25

Stone Island introduces “Denim Research” for Fall/Winter 2025, a project that redefines denim through the brand’s hallmark of technical design and material innovation.

The line features outerwear, overshirts, utility vests and both classic and Penta jeans, made with experimental textiles such as Polypropylene Denim, David Light Indigo-TC and Micro Corduroy, alongside traditional Japanese raw selvedge. Each piece is finished with a black badge bearing a blue compass logo and nickel shank buttons, a nod to denim heritage. The project also revisits Stone Island’s history with denim, which began in 1984 and later evolved into the “Stone Island Denims” line launched in 2001 before being discontinued.
