Surf Gang and South London rapper Jawnino have released amnesia, a new joint project recorded entirely in London.
The nine-track release brings together Surf Gang’s core producers, evilgiane, Harrison, Eera and Goner, with Jawnino’s cool, razor-edged delivery, resulting in a tightly focused record that moves fluidly between cloud rap, ambient trap and drum-and-bass–leaning textures.
The project follows lead single “Alise”, produced by Harrison and cajm, and marks the artists’ first full collaborative body of work since evilgiane’s contribution to Jawnino’s 2024 album 40. amnesia also stands as Jawnino’s first full-length release of 2025, arriving on the heels of his breakout year and a run of high-profile collaborations across the UK underground.
For Surf Gang, the project caps a prolific summer that saw the collective stack production credits across a wave of standout releases, including “Guliao” with jackzebra and Harto Falión and “FAXX” with LAZER DIM 700.
