Acne Studios has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2026 campaign starring Swedish musician Robyn.
Photographed by Nadia Lee Cohen, the portrait-led campaign explores themes of identity, sensuality and self-expression, aligning with the mood of Robyn’s forthcoming album Sexistential. Developed in collaboration with Creative Director Mel Ottenberg and stylist Tamara Rothstein, the imagery nods to the subversive portraiture of the 1970s and 1980s.
Robyn appears in key looks from the SS26 collection, which blurs menswear and womenswear codes. Highlights include a structured cotton poplin uniform shirt with epaulettes, coated separates, signature denim and updated Camero bags finished with leather tassels and buckles. The season’s cowboy boot, positioned as a defining accessory, features throughout the series.
Speaking on the campaign, Robyn explained: “I’ve always felt that when I wore long hair and dresses, it was like I was in drag – which of course can be both empowering and fun. And this felt like another kind of drag. It was extremely satisfying to play around with. A way to project vulnerability and toughness at the same time. Which is kind of my whole thing.”
