Chanpan have announced their second EP, autogratis, due 25th June, alongside new track “confessions part iii”.
Accompanied by a video directed by Patrick Linehan, “confessions part iii” references Chanpan’s origins performing on the streets of Chinatown, building from pitched-up choral vocals and spaghetti western guitar into a cathartic chorus.
The EP reunites the group with producer Frankie Scoca, mix engineer Migui Maloles and mastering engineer Alec Ness, while introducing new collaborators including Louie Lastic and production duo Taydex & Wes Singerman.
The announcement also arrives as Chanpan launch their first European headline run in Rotterdam, ahead of a summer of US festival dates including Governors Ball.
