Miu Miu has unveiled its Upcycled 2026 collection fronted by Suki Waterhouse, continuing the label’s focus on reworking vintage garments into one-of-a-kind pieces.
Created around classic white cotton shirts and khaki chinos sourced from vintage dealers worldwide, the collection reconstructs familiar silhouettes through hand-finished detailing. Trousers are cut and rebuilt into jackets, bustiers and skirts, while shirts are reshaped into dresses and reworked separates. Distressed finishes are left visible and elevated with crystal embroidery, ribbon accents and embellished patchwork, reinforcing the idea of clothing as both archive and reinvention.
Accessories follow the same approach, including rebuilt khaki backpacks and Plume sneakers finished with charm-style additions. With each piece individually restored and altered, no two items are identical, positioning Upcycled 2026 as both a sustainability-minded release and a celebration of personal history in clothing.
