Onitsuka Tiger has unveiled the “GYMNARINA”, a ballet-inspired silhouette that blends the brand’s sportswear heritage with the growing popularity of hybrid footwear.
Drawing on design cues from the iconic MEXICO 66, the shoe combines signature side stripes, a crossed heel construction and a structured heel tab with the streamlined profile of a ballet flat. Crafted from soft leather with an elasticated opening, the silhouette is designed to deliver a secure, flexible fit, while a lightweight outsole adds everyday comfort.
The “GYMNARINA” also offers multiple styling options, featuring interchangeable rope laces and satin ribbon laces, or can be worn as a minimalist slip-on. Launching in black, red, blue, silver and rose gold, the new design continues Onitsuka Tiger’s exploration of fashion-forward footwear that bridges performance and contemporary style.
