Harlem rapper Liim has announced his second album, A Sunflower Garden In Harlem Is Hard To Find, out August 28th via three times LOUDER.
The album traces Liim’s path from Harlem’s Grant Houses to the present, touching on near-death experiences and self-discovery beyond the expectations he grew up with. To mark the announcement, he’s also released a new single, “1980,” featuring AJRadico, a retro-styled track inspired by Paid In Full and Juice.
The release follows previous singles “R.I.P Peace” and “Is Loving Really Bad?” and arrives ten months after Liim’s debut album, Liim Lasalle Loves You – following breakout early singles “Pupils” featuring Opraah and “Regista Gyal” from 2022.
