British experimental artist Klein will return to London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) on 30th September for a headline performance.
The show marks Klein’s latest appearance at the institution after her 2018 artist residency and commissioned work Care. South London rapper Angel Gray will join as support.
A self-taught musician and multidisciplinary artist, Klein has built a distinctive practice spanning music, film, sculpture, drawing and performance, with her work frequently challenging conventional ideas of authorship and artistic legitimacy, moving between galleries and unconventional spaces.
Last month, Klein joined forces with composer Mica Levi for the surprise collaborative EP Turn Up, adding another chapter to her increasingly unpredictable body of work.
