Carhartt WIP has unveiled its FW26 Icons collection, expanding its archive-based range with two new colourways, “tobacco” and “dark navy”, alongside core Hamilton Brown and black options.
The collection includes seven signature pieces adapted from historic workwear, the Double Knee Pant and Single Knee Pant, both built from 12oz cotton Dearborn Canvas or denim with reinforced stitching and tool pockets; the Michigan Coat, based on the classic chore coat; the Detroit Jacket, adapted from a garage jacket silhouette; the Active Jacket, originally introduced over 50 years ago and based on the hooded zip sweatshirt and the Classic Vest, which shares the Active Jacket’s kangaroo pockets and zipped front.
Each piece is constructed using triple stitching, metal rivets and debossed shank hardware, remaining largely unchanged from the archival designs they’re based on.
