Bose has announced its return to wired earbuds with the launch of the Bose Noise Cancelling Wired Earbuds.
The USB-C earbuds come in Black and White Smoke, with a limited-edition Dewdrop Mint. They connect directly to compatible phones, tablets and computers with no pairing, app or battery required, drawing power from the connected device, including for active noise cancellation. Bose said the launch comes as wired listening grows in popularity.
The earbuds use Bose’s QuietControl technology, with four microphones providing Quiet, Aware and ANC Off modes, alongside support for lossless listening at up to 24-bit/48 kHz and low-latency performance for video and gaming. An in-line remote controls volume, playback, calls and noise cancellation modes, with a dedicated microphone on the back for clearer voice pick-up. The earbuds are rated IPX4 for water resistance and come with a zipped carry case, three sizes of silicone eartips and two sizes of stability wings.
