Mechatok and Robyn have released a two-track remix package, featuring Robyn’s remix of Mechatok’s “Expression On Your Face” with Ecco2k and Bladee, and Mechatok’s remix of “Fembot”.
On the “Expression On Your Face” remix, Robyn adds a new verse to the Munich-born producer’s glossy, widely loved underground track from 2025, nudging it towards a more pop-facing sound alongside fellow Swedish artists Ecco2k and Bladee. Mechatok’s reworking of “Fembot”, originally from Robyn’s Body Talk album, has already been opening her 2026 arena tour each night.
The pair reconnected in Berlin this summer, when Mechatok supported Robyn at her Uber Arena show in July, and a live debut of the “Expression On Your Face” remix is in the works, with details to follow. The release follows Mechatok’s 2025 debut album Wide Awake and collaborations with fakemink, eera and v8, as well as tours this year with FKA twigs, PinkPantheress and CLAIR 白欣.
