fabric Records has announced the latest instalment in its fabric Selects series, with Berlin-based DJ and producer Palms Trax set to release fabric Selects: Palms Trax on 27th November.
The album brings together original productions, collaborations and personal selections, offering a snapshot of his eclectic tastes and long-standing connection to the dancefloor. First single “Kalia’s Photos”, a collaboration with electronic artist Mathew Jonson, is released today, pairing Jonson’s analogue experimentation with Palms Trax’s minimal, emotionally charged approach in a trippy, free-flowing track.
Palms Trax, the alias of UK-born, Berlin-based Jay Donaldson, has spent over a decade shaping dancefloors worldwide with a genre-fluid sound drawing on house, techno and sentimental dance music. The release continues fabric’s celebrated mix series.
