Irish producer and DJ Or:la has released a new EP, Moonlight Crush, via fabric’s eponymous label.
Created to be experienced in a club or rave where Or:la feels most at home, Moonlight Crush is filled with heavy rhythmic synths and organs, reminiscent of losing oneself on the dancefloor. The EP contains 3 tracks, including a ‘Floating Away Dub’ of opener “A Howl’s A Howl”.
As a multifaceted producer, DJ, and label owner, known for her dynamic and genre-spanning creations, Or:la’s artistic journey has taken her from the tranquil and remote landscapes of Inch Island in Ireland to the vibrant nightlife scenes of some of the world’s most iconic venues. Now based in Liverpool, Orlagh Dooley has become an integral part to the clubbing scene as a promoter and queer community builder pouring her heart and soul back into the place she found her own musical voice.
