KEEN have kicked off its AW24 season with an all-new outdoor sneaker called the Jasper Zionic.
The new shoe is an original hybrid style that has its roots in climbing culture. By combining the fast-hike performance of Zionic with the all-around, versatile style of Jasper, KEEN has created a shoe that helps people jump into every outside experience in their day, like sending a climbing route, from travel to town to trail.
It’s KEEN’s lightest, most responsive way to hike fast, thanks to a unique combination of speed, stability and comfort. For the Jasper part of this shoe design, the climbing DNA is front and centre with its tongue-to-toe lacing. KEEN also dug into the archives and pulled out inspiration from this longtime bestseller’s predecessor: the Carver climbing shoe from 2008. For example, the flower on the heel was a design element on the Carver and serves as a nod to the origin story of the Jasper sneaker. KEEN took the best parts of both the Jasper and Zionic to create a sneaker designed for the agile agendas of active, everywhere life.
The Jasper Zionic offers a range of key features designed for performance and style. It boasts a technical tread, a higher-traction rubber outsole with an aggressive, studded lug pattern for better ground contact and fluid heel-to-toe movement. Its athletic, contoured fit with tongue-to-toe lacing ensures a secure and comfortable wear, while the heel crash pad absorbs impact and keep you moving.
The Jasper collection is now available at keenfootwear.de and selected retailers such Hip Store and Urban Industry and will be available in other retailers and KEEN’s UK site from late August.
