Robyn Lynch Reimagines The Guinness Storehouse Team Uniform

The Guinness Storehouse has unveiled a new staff uniform designed by Irish menswear designer Robyn Lynch as part of its 25th-anniversary celebrations.

Lynch’s collection draws on Guinness’s archival materials and the visual language of the iconic stout. The garments use colour tones associated with the brand’s historic identity, balancing contemporary style with day-to-day practicality. Three design themes anchor the range: heritage, functionality and modern Irish fashion.

The main uniform incorporates workwear influences, constructed in denim with garment-dyed finishes, laser-etched detailing and custom harp buttons. Organic cotton T-shirts feature reflective embroidered harps, echoing elements from Lynch’s own collections, while Irish-made knitwear highlights local craftsmanship. An apron finished with a gradient screen print mimics the settling of a pint.

A separate look for the Guinness Connoisseur Team reimagines archival brewery lab coats as an off-white, short-sleeve cotton overshirt, with reflective harp embroidery designed to interact with photography. Team Leaders will wear tailored wool pieces in neutral tones, offering a more refined silhouette with tonal branding and subtle textural details.

To coincide with the anniversary, Lynch will also release limited-edition Guinness apparel, a hoodie and T-shirt featuring reimagined brand motifs, available now exclusively in-store at the Guinness Storehouse.
