Wales Bonner has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection, Morning Raga, a cross-cultural study in balance that draws on Indian musical traditions and contemporary craft.
Inspired by the human-centred philosophy of Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi, Grace Wales Bonner delivers a wardrobe that moves between restraint and sensuality, reworking archetypal uniforms with ceremonial detail. Polo shirts are cinched with satin sashes, silk shirting is colour-blocked in ivory and Atlantic blue, and outerwear is defined by subtle geometric grids woven into Italian wool coats and chore jackets.
Cultural dialogue runs throughout the collection, informed by John Coltrane’s Meditations and expressed through Madras checks, Bengal stripes and sculptural wooden brooches carved by Botswana-based artisans Beullah Serema and Peter Mabeo. Collaborations underpin the technical offering, with adidas Originals introducing crocodile-textured Karintha trainers and a new BW Army silhouette, alongside tailoring from Anderson & Sheppard, knitwear by John Smedley and zebra-print moccasins.
